Bank Transactions
Every bank and card transaction from the Tiller feed. Nothing here changes the books —
reviewing a transaction records what it is (matched to an entry, an internal transfer,
ATM cash, or something to deal with). "Create Entry" opens a pre-filled expense form.
Admin — Category Taxonomy
Category behavior lives here: treatment decides how a category acts in the books
(operating expense, capital, financing, non-farm, personal, transfer); group is the
discretionary bundle on the cash flow report; parent rolls subcategories up
(Electric → Utilities). Changing a value here reclassifies every record in that
category everywhere, past and future — the preview shows what a change touches before you save.
Upload the expenses Excel file. Each sheet should be named for the expense category (Electricity, Fuel, Capital, etc.). Rows with Date and Amount columns will be imported.
